The word arcus in Latin means bow or arc, which is why Archery Summit named its bowl-shaped vineyard the Arcus Estate. This vineyard produces intensely flavored, rich fruit. The wine is concentrated with black cherries, raspberries and mulling spices. Arcus Estate has some of the oldest vines in the Willamette Valley. Therefore, it is only fitting that this composition also includes a very fine, antique corkscrew. Also, note the reflections of the bottles in the stem of the wine glass.
